As part of their highlight for PAX East 2016, tinyBuild reported that they would be debuting a pair of new games with the event. Yes, on top of the five other games they’ng announced so far in 2010, and we’re simply one-third of the way in. For being fair, if you had as nice a knack for publishing quality games as they did, you’deb want to be as respected as possible too. Nevertheless getting back on theme, while the VR title they’re showing off hasn’t recently been officially announced still, today they exposed the first new recreation that they’re presenting, developer FlyAnvil’s One Troll Military services.
As you can see in the story trailer below, One Troll Army is a tower defense recreation where you control an army of…well, one troll. A huge troll that you can upgrade, although, along with the fort full of goblins that you’re protecting. The twist is that it’s actually a multi player game where the opposite army you’re facing…can be Twitch.
Yes, all of the individual devices charging at you are controlled by men and women in the Twitch speak, assigning commands for their unit. Considering that tinyBuild online games like Party Hard and Punch Club get experimented with Twitch integration in either their play or the promotions for all of them, it seems like a bit of a rational evolution, but will this gambit pay off? Nicely, One Troll Army is playable on tinyBuild’s PAX East booth right now, so you can stop by and judge for yourself.
