The other day I’d been running through The Solution World’s Last Train in order to Cairo mission for the 4th or fifth moment. Even after so many plays, I was still in awe of how interesting and thrilling the mission had been. Perhaps it was the sense of constant activity, or maybe it was that this mission kept giving new challenges in what should’ve been a very humdrum event.

Another fixed piece that impressed me was the Leviathan trial fight within Final Fantasy XIV. Fighting a boss on a platform that will shifted with the waves made it feel vivid and exciting, wiggling me out of my own gaming stupor.
